This is from a photo I took of the Ox tongue rapids.
I took this photo in a more tranquil area of the rapids.
The rapids are near Algonquin Park, a part of the Ox Tongue river system.
You can see why The Group of Seven and Tom Thomson found the inspiration to paint over 40 paintings along this river.
Sometimes the solitude is soul cleansing, and other times its like Yonge Street.
Seriously, literally tour busses every 50 feet.(I might be exaggerating a tad).
